Lots of internet browsing computers are CRAWLERS. Eg. for safety, blacklisting, site info and search engines. Some of these know which addresses (www.bla) are porn sites, often with malicious info pushing or sucking, so criminal or untrustworthy.
So nearly all porn sites on open web are known to be porn.
An address doesnt really direct to them, that is done with an IP number.
DNS SERVERS serve these numbers, eg to your iPhone and its browser.
The number of DNS SERVERS is limited, maybe hundreds.
So a deal, with forcing these to quit directing browsers to the porn site KNOCKS OUT all.
The open Web is not a jungle. There’s more known and possible than with a wild jungle.
2 WHY NOT TO DO SO - MAFIA
However, doing so would financially and paychologically hurt 100,000s of website owners (admins). Who happen to like porn, have porn and the will to keep earning money.
So that releases a part of those as instant mafia.
Work arounds, pushing and creating porn in odd ways, or worse.
And. It simply isnt illegal.
So no.
3 AN IDEA - an auction
But considering rhe number of sites…

An auction of say 1000 sites allowed would be great.
All involved sites and porn could be checked and monitored very well. Which removes a lot of issues, for subjects, the men, and esp. the women.
4 REALITY - search engines take it easy
Compared to 20yrs ago on the Open Web, a lot has changed.
Google and Duckduck go list far less sites for searches, and the list will transform into a list of problems with porn, prostitution, revenge porn, deep fakes as you scan the provided results.
This made the porn ‘world’ financially a lot smaller. So less sites have traffic to them and earn little or nothing.

And the admin (the writer) will try to cone up with a plan.

So action means helping subjects of porn for now, who are on the Open Web, and regret, or were coerced, later extorted, stalked, bullied etc.
In short: remove the THREATS and THAT porn. And much more, if we find a way…
